The authorities at the Broward Sheriff’s Office are actively looking into an incident of three deaths that took place in Tamarac on Sunday morning of February 16th. Around 6;02 a.m. reports of gunfire in the neighborhood along North Grand Duke Circle reached the Broward County Regional Communications center prompting a response, from the Broward Sheriffs Office deputies and Tamarac Fire Rescue team. At the scene of the incident at 5897 North Plum Bay Parkway homes back patio area. deputies found David Pozner. Who’s Mary Gingles father. With a gunshot wound and unfortunately pronounced him deceased, on site. Following this discovery BSOs Homicide and Crime Scene teams were called in to initiate the investigation process. During the course of their probe it came to light that Seraphine Gingles, a four year child was taken from the premises. After 10 a.m. a statewide Amber Alert was issued for Seraphine. Seraphine was thought to have been taken by Nathan Gingles. Her father. Who was driving a 2016 BMW X3 car that day. Law enforcement officers from BSO (Broward Sheriffs Office) worked together to search for the missing child. Before 11 a.m. BSOs V.I.P.E.R (Violence Intervention Proactive Enforcement Response) deputies found the vehicle linked to the incident at 7900 West McNab Road, in North Lauderdale. Thankfully Seraphine was found safe and unharmed while Nathan Gingles was apprehended and taken into custody. At that moment when they were trying to find Mary Gingles and her whereabouts with the help of deputies lookey for her; they sadly discovered Mary Gingles lifeless with gunshot injuries in a house, on 5888 North Plum Bay Parkway. Also found Andrew Ferrin lying lifeless in the same house with gunshot wounds too.The BSO Dive Team also took charge of searching a canal by where they eventually found a firearm suspected to be the weapon used in these tragic events. Following the incident involving Nathan Gingles he was brought to the BSO Public Safety Building where he was arrested on charges including three counts of first degree murder, with a firearm breaching a domestic violence injunction and interference with custody. Subsequently he was transferred to the Broward County Main Jail.
