From 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., (tomorrow), Saturday, July 26, the Broward Sheriff’s Office in partnership with Heroes Hub and Dade County Federal Credit Union invites the public to a community giveback event. The mega giveaway and resource fair is free to the public and resources are available while supplies last. Children must be present to receive the items. Come out for free school supplies and back-to-school assistance, some of the items available include backpacks, clothing, school supplies, tennis shoes, toys, food, diapers and other essential items. A BSO representative will be on scene to speak with the media.
