The man in question is Sebastian Ordonez who stands at 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was recently spotted donning a t shirt paired with gray pants and gray loafers. His family mentioned that Ordonez is dealing with health challenges and has a medical issue.
