The Homicide Unit of the Broward Sheriffs Office is looking into the circumstances surrounding the passing of a 27 year man in the early hours of Sunday morning. As per investigators report received after midnight on March 30th by Broward County Regional Communications about a shooting incident in the 1200 block of E Sample Road, in Pompano Beach; deputies who responded to the call entered Fire Up Smoke Shop and discovered Sayf Abdelaziz inside with a gunshot injury. The Pompano Beach Fire Rescue arrived at the scene well and sadly confirmed the victims passing right there and then. Authorities, from BSOs Crime Scene and Homicide divisions are currently looking into the details of this shooting incident. Reportedly a stranger entered the establishment. Approached the front desk armed with a handgun before fatally shooting Abdelaziz and quickly fleeing by foot.
