Detectives have reported that she was last spotted around 7 a.m. on March 11th near the vicinity of the 700 block of Northeast 43rd Street. Julia Rodrigues Lopez stands at a height of 5 feet and 5 inches. Weighs approximately 115 pounds. She has hair and brown eyes.
