BOYNTON BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — Tenor Guilbert, 27, of Boynton Beach, has been charged with Lewd or Lascivious Battery after allegations that the 27-year-old man had sex with two 15-year-old girls.

An arrest affidavit submitted by Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office reports that two underage girls, as young as 15 at the time, allege that they had sexual relations with 27-year-old Tenor Guilbert back in June.

One of the girls says she met Tenor Guilbert on Snapchat and they had sex in his Range Rover at a Mcdonald’s parking lot shortly after meeting. The girl told investigators that they had sex again, this time at his home in Verona Lakes home located at 9562 Lago Drive in Boynton Beach.

The girl alleges that on the 2nd occasion she brought a friend who also had sex with Tenor Guilbert. The girl says they both had sex with him shortly after drinking a beer and smoking marijuana with him.

After the 2nd girl was finishing having sex with the man, she called her mom. According to the report, police arrived shortly thereafter and Tenor Guilbert threw the girls out of the house.

Tenor Guilbert was arrested on 3/29/22 after a warrant was filed on 3/24/22. Tenor Guilbert spent 1 night in jail where he was later released without bail. Tenor Guilbert is facing 1 felony count of 800.04(4A1B) LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS BATTERY.

Tenor Guilbert was most recently arrested in Boca Raton when he was caught with a firearm at Brickyard Bar. According to a police report submitted by PBSO on 1/3/21, Tenor Guilbert was detained by security at Brickyard Bar after he told patrons he was an undercover FBI agent while showing them a concealed Glock 26 (9MM pistol) tucked into his waistband.

When PBSO took custody of Tenor Guilbert they found he was also in possession of Cocaine which he was also charged with.
