Mobile Home On Seaspray Place In Watergate Estates Burned Badly. Large Fire Rescue And Sheriff Response.

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies are still on scene at a residential fire in west Boca Raton.

No injuries have been reported; however, Fire Rescue had to respond to this residence fire 3 times in the last 12 hours.

A badly burned mobile home with a gaping hole in the roof is what remains of the residence at 22953 Seaspray Place, a mobile home that sold for $180,000 in March 2022.

While the flames are out, PBSO and PBCFR are still on scene and the area is secured from the public while the investigation continues. Sources tell Boca Post that PBSO to was requested to respond as the residents would not leave the unsafe structure.

This is after several calls to fire rescue went out about a residential fire at the residence at 22963 Seaspray Pl in Watergate Estates, a mobile home neighborhood in West Boca.

It is unclear at the moment what caused the fire to be re-ignited after emergency crews put it out the first two times.
