Michael Rapisarda, 62, Arrested

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — Michael Rapisarda of Boca Raton arrested and charged with 5 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and more.

Michael Rapisarda, 62, of  the 200 block of SW 6th St. in Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department. While the official arrest report is still being processed, Boca Post has been notified that the charges filed include:

  • 5 counts of 784.021(1a) Aggravated Assault With A Firearm
  • 790.15(1) Discharging Firearm In Public
  • 784.07(2b) Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer
  • 843.02 Resist/Obstruct Officer Without Violence

According to court records, Rapisarda has been previously charged with battery on a law enforcement officer at least 3 times since 2019.

Rapisarda was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail just before 5 AM on Saturday, December 23rd, 2023. Rapisarda is scheduled to see a judge for his first appearance later this morning.
