Lawyer Announces Intent To File Lawsuit Against Boynton Beach Police Department For Wrongful Death Of 13 Year Old Stanley Davis III.

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — The family of Stanley Davis III has hired a nationally renowned civil rights attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit against Boynton Beach Police Department.

This is announcement was made 1 day before Boynton Beach Police Department released a statement to follow up on the active investigations following the death of 13 year old Stanley Davis III. Davis wrecked his dirt bike when fleeing police for illegally operating the machine on the streets of Boynton Beach on December 26th, 2021.

The statement outlines that the boy received the dirt bike as a Christmas present on the day before his fatal accident.

The statement also claims that the Boynton Beach Police Officer, who has yet to be identified, has previously been involved in several other high-speed chases and pursuits which have led to death.

The law firm tagged Boynton Beach Police Department twitter account in their tweet on January 12th, 2022. The next day, on January 13th, 2022, Boynton Beach posted a follow up to the incident thanking the public for their patience and again explaining that the accident is still under multiple investigations.
