Delray Beach Guru Yoga Fox Sentenced To 24 Years In Prison For Underage Sex With Students – Keith Fox

DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — After a 6-year legal battle, Delray Beach’s Yoga Fox was found guilty of all charges and sentenced to 24 years in prison after allegations of inappropriate sexual relationships.

The case started in the summer of 2016 when a private investigator approached the Delray Beach Police department with information about Keith Fox, who was 57 years old at the time, that alleged he was having inappropriate sexual relations with a teenage girl. The girl’s mother had employed the PI to find out for sure when she became suspicious of the two.

Keith Fox was known at the time as “Yoga Fox”. The Yoga Fox was very well known in the Delray Beach area as well as in the Yoga scene. Now, instead of teaching Yoga at traveling festivals such as Wanderlust or Yogafest, or even one of the two studios he once owned, the Yoga Fox will be spending his time in a prison cell.

After a criminal prosecution that took 6 years to come to completion, Keith Fox has been found guilty and sentenced to 24 years in prison.

The criminal case was initially filed as two counts of sexual battery on a victim of 12 – 17 years old as Delray Beach Police had two underage victims alleging they were touched inappropriately. One of the girls admitted to an outright sexual relationship including sexual intercourse. A private investigator even captured images of the two of them through a window of Fox’s residence in Delray Beach.

The case later evolved into 5 lesser charges instead when the state dropped the first two charges and filed information on 2 counts of lewd/lascivious battery, 2 counts of lewd/lascivious molestation, and 1 count of the lewd or lascivious exhibition. Fox was found guilty of all charges.

Fox, who has been on pretrial house arrest since the beginning of the court proceedings, was remanded to the custody of PBSO in February. Fox was transferred from PBSO custody to DOC so he can now start his sentence. Fox was registered as a sex offender this week as well.
