Justin Ramsey Of Saturnia In Boca Raton Charged With Drug Possession

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Justin Ramsey of Boca Raton has been arrested and charged with several felonies including cocaine possession, driving with a suspended license, and more, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Justin Ramsey, 40, of the 19000 block of Skyridge Circle in the Saturnia community in West Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department on Tuesday evening.

The charges stem from a traffic stop on Tuesday evening that Boca Raton Police initiated when they got a ‘hit’ on the vehicle Ramsey was driving. The plate on the black Audi SUV Ramsey was driving was reported stolen so officers initiated a stop. Ramsey pulled over into the parking lot of Calusa Elementary on Cline Moore Road in Boca Raton.

Officers tell Boca Post that Ramsey was then detained in handcuffs and read his Miranda Warnings off of my department-issued Miranda Warning Card. Ramsey stated that he didn’t know that the license plate was stolen as his wife owns a car dealership and they both swap license plates all the time on their vehicles with the multiple dealer license plates they own. Officers say that Ramsey had an invalid license and that the tag was confirmed stolen. Ramsey stated that he was aware that his license was suspended but was in the process of waiting for a new license with his attorney (as he claimed he paid all the citation expenses) and had no knowledge of the license plate being entered as stolen.

While doing an inventory of the vehicle before a tow, officers located in plain view a small bag with clear capsules with light brown residue found on the center console in front of the transmission shifter. Also in plain view, officers located 2 white broken pills which appeared to be Xanax in the center cup holder.

Officers then found a black small bag in the front passenger seat of the vehicle which contained multiple crack pipes (broken and complete pipes) and additional white unknown pills. Within the black bag, a yellow/white rectangular substance was located in a clear small baggie. When asked about this yellow/white rectangular substance, Ramsey admitted that the substance was “Crack” cocaine. Ramsey also admitted that the Xanax and Crack Cocaine found were for his personal use.

Officers then found a small clear baggie containing a white/crystalized substance on the driver-side passenger floor and a blue crack pipe containing crunched-up copper wiring on top of the same seat.

Ramsey was transported to Boca Regional Hospital due to having a low pulse.

Ramsey missed his first appearance because he was in the hospital. His first appearance has been continued to later this month when he will face a judge for the following charges:

Who Is Justin Ramsey?

Ramsey is known as a Fake Google Robocaller following legal actions against him made very public by the FTC in 2017.

The original complaint alleges that Ramsey’s operation was responsible for more than 1.3M calls in the United States, many of which were in violation of the DNC registry. We have all received the calls. The ones where someone pretends to be from Google and tells you they can list your business for a fee, a service Google offers for free.

Due to the calls, Ramsey and his associates were the subjects of a massive crackdown and ordered to pay a $2.7M dollar fine. Ramsey squirmed from paying a large fine, claiming his finances were misrepresented to the courts, and paid only $65,000 in April of 2017.
