Anthony Cucciniello Jr. Of Boca Raton Arrested For Selling Heroin

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Anthony Cucciniello of Boca Raton has been arrested and charged with the sale and traffic of Heroin, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Anthony Cucciniello, 31, of the 7000 block of Courtyard Run in Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department. Boca Post has been notified that the charges include selling heroin, trafficking heroin, and other drug sale-related charges.

According to multiple arrest affidavits submitted by the Boca Raton Police Department, Cucciniello is accused of selling heroin to undercover agents on multiple occasions. One of the recorded transactions was for $800 in exchange for 5.2 grams of Heroin. Another was for $200 in exchange for 1.4 grams of Heroin.

Police say that at least one of the transactions took place at Cucciniello’s place of employment, a tint shop located at 3201 North Dixie Highway in Boca Raton. According to the reports, Cucciniello was employed as a Tint Installer at that same location he was apparently selling dope.

Cucciniello was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 3:18 PM on Monday evening. Cucciniello is currently in PBSO custody and being held on a $61,000 bond while facing the following charges:

  • 2 counts of 893.13(1A1) SALE OF HEROIN
  • 3 counts of 934.215 USE 2 WAY COMM DEVICE TO FACILITATE A FELONY
  • 893.135(1C1) TRAFFICKING 4 GRAMS OR MORE OF HEROIN
  • 893.13(6A) POSSESSION OF ADDERALL
