BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — John and Jacqueline Fiorenzi of Boca Raton were arrested and charged with Counterfeiting.

The couple is accused of selling fake Louis Vuitton and Chanel bags and accessories out “The Salon Delray”,  a small boutique near Kings Point in unincorporated Delray Beach. Undercover agents with the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office purchased a “knock off” Louis Vuitton wallet from the couple for $70. The wallet was later confirmed to be a fake by brand representatives. The authentic version of the wallet retails for close to $1,500.

On August 30th, 2023, detectives from the PBSO received a tip from Crime Stoppers regarding the sale of fake products. Acting upon this information, they employed various investigative methods and built a strong case against Jacqueline and John Fiorenzi, who were suspected of counterfeiting private labels valued at $20,000 or more.

Investigators say that the couple sold knockoffs of several luxury items including Louis Vuitton, Chenel, Cartier, Hermes, and Fendi, all in a “boutique” section of the salon.

On November 7th, 2023, a search warrant was executed at the business premises situated in the 15200 block of Jog Road in Delray Beach. During the search, numerous counterfeit items were discovered and confiscated. As a result of this operation, probable cause was established to search their residential address at 97 Mohigan Circle in Boca Raton. Another search warrant was obtained and executed successfully. This subsequent search led to the discovery of additional counterfeit items as well as cash concealed throughout the residence. The total value of seized counterfeit goods amounted to $414,500 along with $150,822 in US currency. Furthermore, law enforcement seized 13 firearms weighing approximately 104 pounds in total.

Jacqueline and John Fiorenzi were apprehended without any resistance and subsequently transported to PBC Jail where they will face charges related to counterfeiting private labels exceeding $20,000
