When officers first arrived at the scene in response to a robbery at 2310 North Federal Highway, they found 2 additional victims from a robbery in addition to the one they were responding to on December 6th, 2021.

The investigation led to the identification of a total of 4 suspects. Timothy Johnson, 25, was identified as an armed suspect in the first robbery and the shooter in the second robbery attempt. Giovanni Fothergill, 18, was identified as a lookout during the first robbery and an armed active participant in the second one.
