WEST PALM BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — A West Palm Beach man has been charged with 10 counts of “SEX ASSLT – BY 18 YOA OLDER SEX BATTERY VICT UNDER 12 YOA”, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez, 31, of 1332 Longwood Street in West Palm Beach, has been arrested Wednesday evening by the West Palm Beach Police Department. Boca Post has been notified that the charges filed include 10 counts of “SEX ASSLT – BY 18 YOA OLDER SEX BATTERY VICT UNDER 12 YOA”

According to arrest paperwork submitted by West Palm Beach Police Department, the alleged victim, in this case, was only 5 to 7 years old when she was sexually abused by Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez. According to the report, the abuse happened approximately 10 years ago.

Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez admitted to the allegations the girl made. Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez is accused of molesting the girl up to 10 times to which he admitted.

Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez says that one time he lived in the same household with the girl.

The girl says that it started “little by little” as Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez would babysit her and her brother.

Even after admitting to the crimes, Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez says that he was never attracted to the victim, he thinks he did it because he was lonely.

Mario Ottoniel Ramirez Perez was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 12:35 on Thursday morning.
