The department said it has received an increase in requests and public concern about the investigation, including allegations that Skylee may be with an unknown male she met on Snapchat.
Coral Springs Police said detectives are working to identify that person.
“At this time, the Coral Springs Police Department has not received any information indicating that Skylee is in danger,” the department said in a public update.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Daniel Powers at 954-346-1223 or by email at [email protected].
