City of Boynton Beach Announces A Mask Mandate Starting 2022

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — The City of Boynton Beach on Thursday, December 30th, 2021, has announced that after the new years holiday they will be reinstating the facial coverings requirement a/k/a the mask mandate.

The City of Boynton Beach is citing that due to the rising positivity rates that they will be reinstating the facial covering requirement.

From Boynton Beach:

“Effective January 3, 2022 and until further notice, per City policy, individuals (regardless of vaccination status) will be required to wear facial coverings when inside City-owned buildings and facilities and practice physical (social) distancing.”

Similar to what Palm Beach County’s statement, Boynton Beach reminds the public that law enforcement is authorized to issue trespass warnings and remove people from the property who is not complying with this policy.
