A Colorado-based buyer has sued the developer of Tower 105 Residences and First American Title Insurance Company in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, alleging breach of contract and violations of Florida’s condominium escrow statutes over a $529,448 deposit for a luxury Boca Raton unit that never closed.
