Palm Beach County detectives are asking anyone who may have encountered a Delray Beach man charged with kidnapping and sexual battery to come forward as the investigation expands.
A Boca Raton man arrested this week in a Red Reef Park attack had prior arrests tied to public indecent exposure incidents on local beaches, according to police records.
