A major accident which Palm Beach County Fire Rescue called a level 1 mass casualty incident on the turnpike injured 10 people and shut down the turnpike for several hours late Saturday night.
VEHICLE FIRE: Tractor Trailer Fire Closes Turnpike Near Glades Road
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to a tractor-trailer fire on northbound Turnpike just near Glades road which led to all lanes being closed while they extinguished the fire.
