A Boca Raton man has been arrested for failing to register as a sex offender according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
PBSO identifies the suspect who was shot by PBSO deputies in the head as 20-year-old Tzvi Allswang who lives at the home on Larkspur Trail where the shooting occurred. PBSO tells Boca Post that Tzvi is in stable condition and is expected to survive the shooting.
