BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — A gas leak near Coral Cove required a multi-agency response on Wednesday afternoon after a crew damaged a main 4-inch gas pipe.

PBCFR tells Boca Post that they responded to a broken 4-inch gas pipe break that was cut into by a construction crew.

The response involved a repair that took several hours to complete. This was a mutual effort by Boca Raton Fire Rescue,  Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, Delray Beach Fire Rescue, Florida Public Utilities, and the South Florida Canteen.
