21 Year Old Boca Falls Resident Passed Away 1 Week After Fatal Motorcycle Accident.

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — A 21 year old Boca Falls resident has passed away on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022 after being involved in a serious accident at US-441 and Glades Road last week on December 28th, 2021.

According to an accident report released by Palm Beach Sheriff's Office, Joseph LaBianca Jr., 21, of Falls Ridge Way in Boca Raton, has succumbed to his injuries after being on life support for 1 week after his accident on December 28th, 2021.

It is reported that LaBianca Jr. was driving northbound on US-441 at a high rate of speed when he struck a vehicle that had just performed a U-Turn and was traveling the same direction in the same lane. When the collision occurred, LaBianca Jr. was ejected from his 2021 Honda CBR600.

After the collision, LaBianca's motorcycle continued to roll across all 3 southbound lanes where it then caught on fire.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue transported LaBianca Jr. to Delray Medical Center with life threatening injuries. Unfortunately, LaBianca Jr. was reported to be brain dead on New Years Eve. LaBianca is now deceased as he was was removed from life support yesterday morning - January 4th, 2022.

No other injuries were reported as a result of this accident.
