On Friday, November 10th, at around 10;21 in the morning, Broward County Regional Communications received reports of a shooting that took place in the 2700 block of Northwest Fifth Street in Pompano Beach.

Deputies from the Broward Sheriff’s Office and Pompano Beach Fire Rescue immediately responded to the scene. Upon arrival, they found an adult male who had been shot and was in need of medical attention. The injured individual was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital due to the severity of their injuries. The detectives from BSO’s Criminal Investigations Division are currently looking into the circumstances surrounding this shooting incident.
