BREAKING: Detectives Investigate an early morning Shooting/Homicide that occurred in Lake Park

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — During the early morning hours of Monday, December 9, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., deputies responded to a reported shooting in the 300 block of Palmetto Drive, Lake Park. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased male and a female suffering from gunshot wounds.

The female victim was transported to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division responded to the scene and learned that the deceased individuals, a husband and wife, were involved in a domestic altercation during which the male shot the female victim and then turned the gun on himself.

The victims have been identified as Nadege D’Haiti-Cajuste, B/F, DOB: 5/15/1981, and Raymond D’Haiti, B/M, DOB: 7/17/1967.
