A Couple From Long Island Have Now Both Passed Away From Delray Beach Accident.

Deadly Crash 1 Dead 1 Seriously Injured In West Delray Crash With Semi Truck
Delray Beach, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — A elderly couple from Long Island have both died after a deadly crash with Semi truck in western Delray Beach near Pero Family Farms on US-441.
Dennis Ferguson, 71, of Hempstead N.Y., was pronounced deceased at the scene after driving a 2019 Honda CR-V in to a semi truck that occupied the uncontrolled intersection. Dennis’ wife, the only other passenger in the CR-V, Stephany Ferguson, 73, has since passed away. Stephany was transported to Delray Medical Center where she passed away 4 days later on January 29th, 2022.
The crash occurred at approximately 6:35PM on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022 near Pero Family Farms on US-441 in western Delray Beach, FL.

According to an accident report submitted by Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Ferguson was driving his 2019 Honda CRV southbound on US-441 at the same time that a semi truck pulled out of the Pero Family Farms property on to US-441. Ferguson failed to observe the semi truck and collided with it.
Dennis Ferguson was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other occupant, Dennis’ wife, Stephany Ferguson, was transported to Delray Medical Center in critical condition where she passed away 4 days later.
Two cherished members of the AMEZ community habe gone on to live with God. They were parents, lovers, friends, and role models. Gentle souls. Rest in peace, Carl and Stephanie Ferguson.
