According to the report, another man, later identified as 60-year-old Jonathon Duke, was observed removing the security tags from a Ryobi One+ Drill and a Ryobi One+ High-Performance Battery, totaling $308.00. Shortly after, the suspect is observed selecting the exact same units and placing them into her purse. Both then left the store without paying for the merchandise where they were then stopped by Home Depot’s Loss Prevention personnel.

Delray Beach Police arrived shortly after the apprehension; however, the suspect refused to talk without a lawyer present. The suspect did utter several times that she was going to pay for the drill but no employees were around to help her.
