Jasmine Dejesus Arrested Following Missing Child Alert For 1-Month-Old Kain Waters
UPDATE – 9/13/22
The “companion adult” mentioned in the FDLE missing child alert for 1-month-old Kain Waters has been arrested.
Jasmine Dejesus was arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office and is being held on an out-of-county warrant. It is not clear if other charges are pending at this time.
This is a developing story. We will update you here with more information as it becomes available.

FDLE tells Boca Post that Kain Waters has been located and is now safe.

Fdle Issues Missing Child Alert For Missing Delray Beach 1-Month-Old

DELRAY BEACH, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a Missing Child Alert to assist Delray Beach Police in locating a 1-month-old.
FDLE issued the Missing Child Alert early on Monday morning asking for the public’s help in locating 1-month-old Kain Waters. FDLE says Kain has been missing since Sunday, September 11th, 2022.
FDLE and Delray Beach PD say that Kain may be with Jasmine Dejesus.
