DELRAY BEACH, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — State Fire Marshal is investigating after a house fire in Delray Beach left a 10-month-old baby badly burned.

Delray Beach Fire Rescue transported the 10-month-old baby to Delray Medical Center as a trauma alert only citing that that baby was badly burned. The condition of the baby is currently unknown at this time.

The fire was quickly put out after DBFR responded to the Dorson Way home at 3:30 PM. DBFR is calling this an active investigation citing that the state fire marshal is involved. Florida Red Cross responded to assist a total of 9 people affected by this fire.
