Boca Police Investigating Robbery At Boca Town Center Mall
Victim Texting Not Paying Attention To Her Surroundings. Predator Was.
BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — Boca Raton Police Department tells Boca Post that a woman was robbed at Boca Town Center Mall on Saturday Evening.

Boca Raton, FL – Boca Raton Police detectives are investigating a strong-arm robbery that occurred outside of Sak’s Fifth Avenue at Town Center Mall, on Saturday April 30, 2022. Shortly after 6:30 pm, the victim exited Sak’s Fifth Avenue, and walked towards her car in the south parking lot. As she was crossing the roadway in front of Sak’s and texting, someone in a passing car grabbed her purse. Her purse was cross shoulder, and the force pulled the victim against the car then onto the ground. The victim released the purse, and the suspects fled the area. The victim sustained minor injuries.
Other witnesses in the area collaborated the victim’s story. The suspect vehicle is described as an older model black Nissan Maxima. Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Scott Hanley at 561-338-1344.
