DANIA BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2025) — Shortly before 1 p.m. on Thursday, Broward County Regional Communications received a report of a domestic incident in the 4400 block of Treasure Cove Drive in Dania Beach. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded along with Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue.

On scene, deputies located an adult female suffering from multiple stab wounds. Paramedics transported her to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

The suspect retreated inside a residence and barricaded himself. BSO’s Aviation, SWAT, K-9 and Special Victims units responded. After several hours, an adult male was taken into custody.

At this time, BSO’s Special Victims Unit detectives continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
