Boynton Beach, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — Timanmi’s Kitchen in Boynton Beach was temporarily closed by the health department earlier this month with 7 high priority health violations.
On January 10th, 2022, Timanmi’s Kitchen was the subject of a health inspection that the restaurant failed with 12 violations including the discovery of dead as well as live roaches in various locations of the premises. The restaurant also had many food safety violations regarding cooking and storage temperatures. A list of the violations can be seen below:
- Basic – Dead roaches on premises. 1 dead roach on seal of chest freezer across back door. 20+ dead roaches under air conditioning next to upright freezer in back room. 20+ dead roaches under refrigeration at cook line **Warning**

These issues led to the recommendation of the establishment temporarily close immediately.
A follow up visit was completed the next day on 1/11/22 and again Timanmi’s Kitchen failed due to live roaches being found in multiple locations within the restauraunt.
Finally, a second follow up was completed on 1/12/22 when Timanmi’s Kitchen received no warnings and reports no further violations.
