BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — PBSO arrested 40-year-old Roger Cooke of Hollywood for having a sexual relationship with a young man less than 16 years old.

It’s not uncommon for drug dealers to smoke marijuana with their customers. What to so common is for the customer to then perform oral sex on the dealer after the transaction. According to an arrest affidavit submitted by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, that is what occurred between a teenage boy in Boca Raton who purchased drugs from Roger Cooke.

The report goes into detail about how the teenage boy met up with Cooke to purchase marijuana; however, ended up performing sexual acts on him in the parking lot of a Dunkin Donuts in West Boca Raton. Similar events allegedly happened a total of four times starting in November of 2021. The teen reported the activity to PBSO in May of 2022. Cooke was arrested and charged on March 9th, 2023.

Cooke was charged with Lewd & Lascivious Battery and Contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
