BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — A Boca Raton woman has been arrested on several felonies, including multiple counts of selling cocaine, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

A 31 year-old woman of the Sandalfoot area of unincorporated Boca Raton, has been arrested early Tuesday by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Boca Post has been notified that the woman was charged with many drug charges including multiple counts of “COCAINE-SELL – SCHEDULE II”.

According to an arrest affidavit submitted by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the woman was arrested after a series of narcotics purchases by undercover agents. The investigation started in May of 2022 after someone reported her drug dealing activity to the Sheriff’s Office.

PBSO’s Narcotics Unit made several purchases of cocaine and other narcotics from the woman over the course of 2 months in various locations around Boca Raton and built several criminal cases against her.

On July 12th, 2022 at 1100 hours members of the PBSO Narcotics Unit, District 7 Street Crimes Unit, and Drone Unit started conducting surveillance on 1400 SW 65th Way Boca Raton, FL 33428in reference to executing the pending residential search warrant. At approximately 1230 hours, a W/F identified as the woman was seen leaving the aforementioned residence and getting into a 2011 White Mazda 6. The vehicle left the residence.

Members of the District 7 Street Team conducted a lawful traffic stop on the vehicle at the intersection of Sandalfoot Blvd and SW 66th Ave. Let it be noted that this is the next roadway to the west of the woman’s residence (approximately 400ft).

The woman was detained in reference to the pending search warrant and multiple felony probable cause affidavits for her arrest. The woman and her vehicle were relocated to an undisclosed location down the street for officer safety purposes.

The woman was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 1:14 on Tuesday afternoon. The woman has since bonded out of a jail and plead not guilty to all charges.

  • 4 counts of 893.13(1A1) SALE OF COCAINE
  • 4 counts of 934.215 UNLAWFUL USE OF TWO WAY COMMUNICATION
  • 893.13(1A1) POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL COCAINE
  • 893.13(1A1) POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL MDMA
  • 893.13(1A1) POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL SCHEDULE II (VICODIN)
  • 893.13(1A2) POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SELL SCHEDULE IV (ALPRAZOLAM)
  • 893.147(1) POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA
