BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Zitavia Eaddy of Boca Raton has been arrested and charged with child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Zitavia Eaddy, 30, of the 500 block of SW 2nd Ave in Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department after a violent incident at a Wendy’s fast food restaurant in Boca Raton.

Eaddy was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 11:10 PM on 12/15/22 and released the following day on a $10,000 bond.

According to an arrest affidavit filed by the Boca Raton Police Department, officers responded to a fight at the Wendy’s located at 865 N Federal Highway at about 7:30 PM on Thursday, December 15th, 2022. Witnesses told officers that two females were among a group that just rushed into the fast food restaurant and pushed their way to the drive-thru window where they began to attack the teenage employee. Witnesses report that the group did not speak a word, just made their way to the drive-thru window area where they pulled the victim’s hair and attacked her.

As the teenager’s coworkers began to push the group back, the young employee fought back and threw hot chili at her attackers.

Eaddy and a juvenile from the group were arrested for the attack.
