BOCA RATON, FL – Boca Post (BocaPost.com) — POORSTACY has been arrested on a warrant in West Boca according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Carlito Junior Milfort, 23, of NW 30th Street in Coral Springs, has been arrested early Monday morning by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Boca Post has been told by Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office that the charge is for missing a court date. It is unclear what encounter with law enforcement initiated that arrest.

Court records indicate that Milfort has had a warrant out for his arrest since February for following some legal actions around a suspended license and other traffic issues.

Carlito Junior Milfort is a local Boca Raton Musician known as POORSTACY. According to Spotify, POORSTACY has several songs with 10s of millions of listens. POORSTACY, also known as SocialSuicide, has a track on Spotify with over 25 million listens called “make up”.

POORSTACY’s style, dubbed “emo-rap”, is considered a blend of hip-hop, punk rock, and heavy metal. POORSTACY released two EPs and was recently featured in the Grammy Award nomination for his work on the “Bill & Ted Face the Music” soundtrack.

POORSTACY has released several singles featuring Travis Barker including “Choose Life”, “Nothing Left”, and “Hills Have Eyes”.

Milfort was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 12:52 on Monday morning. Milfort was released shortly after his arrest at 9:56 AM. Milfort is scheduled to appear in court next month.

Boca Post previously reported on Milfort’s father, Carlito Milfort, in January when he was arrested for firing a gun in his house and threatening to kill every member of the household.
