Man Hit By Brightline Train, Killed In Lake Worth Beach

LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — A man was hit by a Brightline train in Lake Worth Beach on Wednesday morning.

PBSO deputies responded to the area of 10th Avenue N and N G Street in the City of Lake Worth Beach in reference to a train versus pedestrian call where they found a man has been hit by a Brightline train.

PBSO says the man was standing in between the north bound and south bound tracks, facing the north, and did not move as a Brightline train approached him.

The man was struck by the train and pronounced dead at the scene.

PBSO says the man’s identity is not known at this time.
