A Florida Silver Alert has been issued for Freddie Starks, last seen in the area of the 1200 block of Squirrel Lane South in Jacksonville, Florida who was last seen wearing a red barrette hat, dark blue windbreaker with a hood, dark black and blue shirt, and blue pants. She may be traveling in a 2014, silver Ford Escape, FL tag number HTTC30. The vehicle has a Mike Davidson Ford license plate cover (as seen in the vehicle photo).
