What was originally reported as a a train derailment in Boca Raton is actually a slow moving train due to the lack of power at controlled intersections, according to city officials. Power service in the area has been disrupted due to high winds this morning.

Like the traffic in Boca Raton this morning, the train is moving very slowly.
