UPDATE – 9/13/22

The “companion adult” mentioned in the FDLE missing child alert for 1-month-old Kain Waters has been arrested.

Jasmine Dejesus was arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office and is being held on an out-of-county warrant. It is not clear if other charges are pending at this time.

This is a developing story. We will update you here with more information as it becomes available.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (Boca Post) — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a Missing Child Alert to assist Delray Beach Police in locating a 1-month-old.

FDLE issued the Missing Child Alert early on Monday morning asking for the public’s help in locating 1-month-old Kain Waters. FDLE says Kain has been missing since Sunday, September 11th, 2022.

FDLE and Delray Beach PD say that Kain may be with Jasmine Dejesus.
