DEERFIELD BEACH, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help locating a 36-year-old man reported missing from Deerfield Beach.
BSO said the missing man is Chester Clayton, 36. Investigators said he was last seen at about 2 p.m. on Friday, May 1, near the 600 block of Northwest 38th Place in Deerfield Beach.
BSO described Clayton as about 5 feet 7 inches tall and around 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and white sneakers.
The search is being handled by the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit. BSO is asking anyone who has information about Clayton’s whereabouts to contact BSO Detective Leonard Charla at 954-321-4274.
Tips can also be reported through the BSO non-emergency number at 954-764-HELP (4357).
For residents in Boca Raton and across the area, BSO is asking the public to share any information that could help locate Clayton, especially if they were in the Deerfield Beach area near Northwest 38th Place around the time he was last seen or if they see someone matching the description.
