Authorities from the Broward Sheriff’s Office Traffic Homicide Unit are currently looking into a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian that took place early Monday morning in Tamarac. Around 4;30 a.m. deputies from BSO were called to the 3100 block of West Commercial Boulevard following the incident. Emergency responders from Tamarac Fire Rescue also rushed to the scene to provide assistance. Initial reports suggest that Worrell Hylton was driving eastbound along West Commercial Boulevard in his 2018 Lexus RX 250 when Walky Israel moved across the road from north, to south after leaving the raised median.
