Two individuals have been indicted by a jury in relation to a murder that took place in Pompano Beach in 2019; one suspect is currently in custody while the other was recently discovered in a different county nearby. At 3 a.m.on Friday December 20th of 2019,Broward Sheriffs Office deputies were called out to 327 S.W.Second Court, in Pompano Beach and encountered an adult male victim who had suffered gunshot wounds and was not responsive. After the incident in Pompano Beach Fire Rescue where Clarens Calixte tragically lost his life at Broward Health North Hospital and the subsequent investigation by homicide detectives resulted in the identification and indictment of Benson Blaise and Derrick Jules for their alleged involvement, in the case.
