Simon was last sighted around 4100 block of Northwest 21st Avenue, at 8 a.m. last Saturday wearing a black shirt paired with pink leggings and shoes while donning a blue bonnet. Simon stands at 5 feet 6 inches and weighs around 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes as, per his familys account; they mention that Simon is dealing with dementia currently.
