The detectives from the Broward Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit are currently looking into the passing of a woman who was discovered early Friday morning in a house engulfed in flames, in Deerfield Beach at 4329 N.W Fourth Ave at around 4;34 a.m.. Reports of a fire were received by Broward County Regional Communications leading to the response of BSO district deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue who arrived at the scene to find the duplex ablaze. Firefighters and deputies worked together to battle the flames until they were successfully put out only to uncover the news that Ana De Souza had lost her life inside the building.
