BSO investigators found a 16 year old teenager, Alex Edwards, who had been reported missing. The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Person’s Unit confirmed that Edwards returned home safely to his family. He was last seen near the 2700 block of Northwest 34th Terrace in Lauderdale Lakes, prompting a missing persons alert on Friday, July 26. The information was provided by Claudinne Caro, who serves as a bilingual Public Information Officer for BSO.
