19-Year-Old Girl Shot, Killed In Central Broward - Destiny Bucknor, 19, Passed Away

Destiny Bucknor, 19, Passed Away

BROWARD COUNTY, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2023) — 19-year-old Destinty Bucknor later died after being shot while riding in a Slingshot convertible vehicle in central Broward County.

The shooting happened in central Broward County just after 7 PM on July 4th, 2023.

According to BSO, Destinty Bucknor was a passenger in the convertible Slingshot vehicle, driven by an adult male, when she was shot. The vehicle is approaching the area of 2900 NW 8th Street in central Broward County when an unidentified man shot at the vehicle, striking Destinty.

Bucknor was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

BSO says that no motive is known at this time.
