BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — A luxury condominium development in downtown Boca Raton says it posted a strong selling season, with more than $60 million in sales and three penthouses sold as the project moves closer to a full sellout. El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company, announced the numbers Tuesday in a release tied to ALINA Residences Boca Raton.

The new sales activity centered on Phase Two of the development, which includes ALINA 210 and ALINA 220. The company said that momentum pushed ALINA 210 to a sellout. With both ALINA 200 and ALINA 210 now sold out, only a limited number of developer residences remain at ALINA 220.

That matters in Boca Raton because ALINA sits in one of the city’s most visible luxury residential corridors, between The Boca Raton golf course and Southeast Mizner Boulevard, just west of downtown and a short drive from Mizner Park, the Boca Raton Museum of Art, local beaches and the Brightline station. The project is positioned as one of the last chances to buy new inventory within the community as it nears completion.

The company said buyers have shown particular interest in larger residences in the second phase, citing broad floor plans, oversized closets and indoor-outdoor living design. The recent run of contracts included three penthouses, which the developer pointed to as another sign of continued demand for high-end units in downtown Boca Raton.

ALINA consists of three nine-story buildings totaling 303 units. According to the release, ALINA 200 includes 121 residences and was completed in March 2021. ALINA 210 includes 30 residences and is now sold out and fully occupied. ALINA 220 includes 152 residences, received a temporary certificate of occupancy on Jan. 9, 2025, and began closings immediately after that. The release also says ALINA 210 received its final certificate of occupancy in 2024, with closings underway as of Jan. 10, 2025.

Residences across the three towers range from one to four bedrooms and from about 1,400 square feet to more than 5,400 square feet, according to the release. Pricing was listed at just over $6 million to more than $9 million. Some homes include private terraces overlooking The Boca Raton golf course, while select penthouses have ocean views.

The development is being marketed with a long list of amenities, including two private rooftop pools, spa facilities with dry saunas and steam rooms, fitness centers, yoga areas, club rooms, a golf and sports simulator studio, outdoor gathering areas and a dog park. The release described the project as wellness-focused and said that positioning has continued to resonate with buyers.

The company also said part of the buyer pool includes Palm Beach County residents moving out of large single-family homes and into condominium living without leaving Boca Raton. In the release, executives tied current demand to buyers seeking new, move-in-ready luxury product with limited remaining inventory at ALINA 220.

What happens next is straightforward. Sales continue at ALINA 220, which the developer described as the final remaining opportunity to purchase within the community. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the project, and private appointments are being scheduled through the sales gallery, according to the release.
