Boca Raton’S Zachary Prince Arrested For Sexual Assault Of A Minor And Drug Charges

BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) — Zachary Prince of Boca Raton is waking up in PBSO custody this morning after being arrested and charged with sexual assault of a minor and drug charges, according to jail records released to Boca Post by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Zachary Prince, 38, of the 10000 block of Sandalfoot Blvd in the Sandalfoot area of West Boca Raton, has been arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Boca Post has been notified that the charges include sexual assault of a minor as well as possession of heroin.

According to an arrest affidavit submitted by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, a 13-year-old girl told investigators that on January 1st, 2022, she was raped by Zachary Prince. While the relationship between the 38-year-old and the 13-year-old is unknown, the report says that the girl went to him to “stay out of trouble”.

The girl told investigators she was sitting on a drainage pipe near a lake and watching TikTok videos when Prince started inappropriately touching her. The girl says that Prince later forced her to give him oral sex while she continued to watch TikTok videos. The two then relocated some distance down the dirt road where they allegedly had sexual intercourse.

Investigators say that DNA Testing was conducted. Male DNA was indicated on the vaginal swabs and perianal/anal swabs. A DNA Warrant was later issued and Zachary’s DNA was collected. Zachary refused to provide a statement. Further DNA testing was conducted on the DNA provided by Zachary and indicated that the male DNA found on the vaginal swabs did belong to Zachary Prince.

Zachary Prince was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 7 PM on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022. Prince refused to go to court to see a judge at his first appearance on Wednesday.

According to PBSO, the charges include:

  • 2 counts of 94.011(5A) SEXUAL BATTERY (VICTIM 12 – 17 YEARS OF AGE)
  • 800.04(4A1B) LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS BATTERY
  • 893.13(6A) POSSESSION OF HEROIN
