BOCA RATON, FL (Boca Post) (Copyright © 2026) — A Palm Beach County civil case filed this month alleges a business dispute involving control of website and domain accounts tied to a Boca Raton company and the return of a company vehicle.

The case, filed Feb. 19, 2026, in the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, is Case No. 502026CA001965XXXAMB, according to the filing stamp on an exhibit in the court record. The filing is stamped by Michael A. Caruso, Clerk of Court.

The exhibit included in the filing is a demand letter from the law firm Johnson & Martin, P.A., dated Feb. 2, 2026, and signed by attorney Matthew S. Nelles. In the letter, the firm states it represents Essential Holiday Lighting LLC and addresses Jared Beviano at an address in Boca Raton (33434).

According to the letter, Essential Holiday Lighting claims Beviano failed to “relinquish access to and control over” the company’s website-related property, described as the company’s GoDaddy and Squarespace website and hosting accounts, including its domain name registration. The letter says the company’s principals are Zoe Rosen and Nelson Haws, and it claims the company has demanded that Beviano provide them administrative access.

The letter further alleges that Beviano resigned as an officer of the company on Dec. 15, 2025, and that he notified the State of Florida’s Division of Corporations of his resignation. It claims that, since then, the company has repeatedly demanded that he turn over access to the accounts and domain, and that he “ignored the Company’s demands.”

The letter also references separate litigation, stating that Beviano and the company were sued for trademark infringement by an entity identified as Exceptional Holiday Lighting LLC. The letter claims that lawsuit “may have been avoided” if the company’s demands had been followed and asserts that the company needs control of the website property in connection with steps it may take in that litigation. The letter states the company denies wrongdoing in that trademark dispute.

In addition to the website-access allegations, the letter alleges Beviano “misappropriated the Company’s boom truck” and demands that it be returned. The letter says the company intends to pursue legal action if the demands are not met, and it seeks immediate compliance.

All claims described in the filing are allegations made by the plaintiff and have not been proven in court.
